Milk from our friends Ray and Colleen at Indian Creek Creamery. The milk is non-homogenized, high temperature/short time pasteurized, and the milk goes from the cow to the bottle the same day!
From their Facebook page
"Indian Creek Creamery is an extension of our family dairy, opened in 1991 in rural Logan County, Ohio. Dairy farming has been our lifelong passion, and our 80 cows are like members of our own family – with names and personalities that bring a smile to our faces every day. Cow comfort is of utmost importance to us; our cows always have the option of grazing and lying in the rolling pasture outside the barn or staying inside during inclement weather. Our products are made with a loving touch every step of the way; we hope it’s a love you can taste! Because it is non-homogenized, the cream rises to the top, so if you don't want to skim the cream off the top for your coffee or other purposes, please be sure to SHAKE WELL to distribute the cream through the milk to enjoy the rich, creamy taste of milk as nature intended! "
Customers say: "Once I tasted your milk, it reminded me of my Momaw and hand milking her cows as a kid and the wonderful tasting milk they produced. I was hooked and will NEVER go back to buying grocery store milk!! Thank you!! ❤ " Shirley
