We’re a small farm team, and many of us split our time between growing, packing and shipping orders, managing the farm, and helping customers. Because we don’t have a dedicated call center, email allows us to get your question to the right team member, look into your order when needed, and provide you with the most accurate response.

Our team typically responds within one business day (Monday-Friday). We do not offer regular customer support on the weekends. Messages received after hours or over the weekend will be answered as soon as possible during the next business day.

Have a question about an existing order?

Please include your order number along with any relevant details in your email.

For questions about an order you have already received, including missing or damaged plants, please include photos. 

Have a growing or plant question?

We’re happy to help! Please include as much information as possible, such as your city/state, what you are growing, where you are growing (field, raised bed, tunnel, greenhouse, etc.), when and how it was planted, and photos are always helpful. 

The more information you provide, the better our team can help troubleshoot with you.

Picking up an online order at the farm? 

Our Farm on Central store is located at:

572 Central Ave.
Carlisle, OH 45005

Farm Store Hours:
Tuesday–Friday: 10am–6pm
Saturday: 9am–5pm

Online nursery orders and our local farm store inventory are managed differently, so please wait until you receive a "ready for pickup" email before coming to pick up your order and make sure it's during store hours (above).
