Aronia

We offer two fantastic varieties of Aronia here at the farm: Viking Aronia and Black Chokeberry (Aronia melanocarpa). Both are nutrient-rich superfoods, celebrated for their high antioxidant content and versatility in juices, jams, and more. Viking Aronia is known for its exceptional productivity, yielding up to five tons per acre, making it perfect for commerical harvests (this comes as a rooted plant). Black Chokeberry, on the other hand, is a beautiful native variety with vibrant fall foliage and berries that persist through winter, adding ornamental value to your landscape (ships bareroot). We love both varieties because they are quick to establish, incredibly easy to grow, and thrive in a wide range of conditions, making them a low-maintenance powerhouse for any garden.
