I've never made sourdough before. After watching the Sourdough Startup series, I ordered Ginny and 2 jars. Ordering was easy and items were received quickly. Instructions were well written out and I made my first jar of stiff starter within 5 days. I purchased the Masterclass, which has been very helpful. This past week I baked three loaves of sourdough bread, one batch of rolls, and one batch of discard chocolate chip scones. All turned out wonderful and were liked by family and friends. Definitely recommend.
