Discount Policy
We occasionally offer discount codes and promotional pricing. If you have questions about applying a discount code, please review the following guidelines:
- Discount Codes Must Be Entered at Checkout. Discount codes must be entered in the discount code field at checkout before placing your order. Once an order is submitted, we cannot refund the difference for a missed code.
- Discounts Cannot Be Applied Retroactively. Our system does not allow us to manually apply discount codes to completed orders. Please double-check that your discount has been applied before completing checkout, because we cannot add the discount after the order as been placed.
- One Discount Per Order. Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated. Discount codes usually cannot be combined or stacked with other promotions.
- Excluded Products: Some items may be excluded from promotions, especially if the code is for a specific product collection. If a discount code isn't working, please make sure the discount will work for the products you are trying to buy. If a product is excluded, the discount code will not apply at checkout.
- Expiration Dates: Many discount codes have expiration dates. Expired codes will not be reactivated or extended.
- Automatic Discounts: If an automatic promotion is running on the store, it may replace other discount codes. Automatic discounts cannot be combined with manual codes unless specified.
- Promotions Are Subject to Change. Promotions and discount codes may be changed or ended at any time without notice.
