Shipping Live Plants

We always recommend that customers seek out a local, organic nursery to grow their plants, but understand that variety and quality can be hard to find. Thus, we do ship.

We ship 5-6 week old plants through the mail in boxes of 3, 6, 9 or 12 plants. They are technically 2.5" pots, but are called 3" in the industry. 

We ship only on Monday or Tuesdays to ensure that they get to you before the weekend and harden them off before they leave our farm. We also will frequently ship with a recovery product for you to mix and soak them in upon arrival. 

Shipping and packaging (each plant guide is $2) for these plants is not cheap, and is flat rate. It is as follows.

Note: We do not upcharge on shipping, this is a direct cost of what our shippers charge us + the box and plant guides (black plastic shipping tray).

1-3 plants $17

4-6 plants $22

7-9 plants $25

10-18 plants $29

 

Please unpack immediately upon arrival and keep in the shade at 50-75 degrees for the first day, then gradually harden them back off by bringing the outside in temperate weather increasing the intervals slowly.
