We're excited to share our fresh baby ginger. Unlike its mature counterpart, baby ginger boasts a softer skin, milder flavor, and a less fibrous texture, making it a heartwarming and gentle addition to your culinary creations. 

Although not certified organic, our ginger is grown without using any synthetic chemicals. It's important to us to grow food that is clean and safe to eat, and that means we grow without harmful pesticides, herbicides, or fungicides. To make sure our produce is as good as can be, we use compost, Biochar, rock dusts, and prebiotics to fuel the soil and encourage beneficial insects, bees, and earthworms. As a regenerative farm, it's our goal to work with nature to produce the best food possible! 

NOTE: this ginger is for culinary use only and not appropriate to use for seed. We will have seed ginger available in 2027.

Our baby ginger is a seasonal treasure, available from now until the end of November (as long as we have it in stock!).

Keeping Your Ginger:

Baby ginger is best stored in the fridge. It will last around 2 weeks before you should dry it or pop it into the freezer. In the freezer, it will last months; just grate some off for your next recipe!
