The strawberry plants are great - no question about that! They are five star worthy.
But I have explained several times in person and on the phone that it is difficult for me to get emails at times and I would prefer a text or phone call in addition (or in place of) the email. I had called multiple times asking when my order would be ready, and was told they didn't know but I would get an email. I stopped in person several times to ask the same question (and buy more farm goodies), and was told they didn't know, they didn't talk to the "orders people", and I would get an email. When I finally got the message that they had been ready for over a week, I realized we were actually there at the farm, while my strawberry starts were in the next room waiting for me. But the folks at the counter didn't know, and neither did I.
Please, is there some way I can find out when my orders are ready besides email? Please, Please call or text. I am once again searching for emails (that do not have "Farmoncentral" in in the address) to let me know my strawberries are ready for pickup.
